1) Do you need internet to use Rife Therapy?

Yes, Rife Therapy is an internet based service. In order to stream your applications you will need access to high speed internet.

2) I’m not getting any output.

Check to make sure your computer, tablet, or mobile device sound volume is set to maximum. You should also ensure your audio cable is securely inserted into the computer output and the Model A input. Replace all old batteries.

3) Are the online frequencies compressed?

The online library of recorded applications for JWLABS Model A is in a compressed format for streaming. You may purchase the full, uncompressed version of any or all of the applications by contacting JWLABS customer service at 888-891-1122.

4) Can you use Rife Therapy on tablets and iPads?

Yes, Rife Therapy is tablet and iPad compliant. In order to utilize the service you must be connected to a high speed WiFi connection. Make sure to disable all inbound calling and text messaging on the tablet.

5) Can you use Rife Therapy on a smart phones?

Yes, Rife Therapy can be used on smart phones that are connected to a high speed WiFi connection. While 3g or 4g may work, it is not recommended. Make sure to disable all inbound calling and text messaging on the tablet.

6) Why is Rife Therapy only for JWLABS customers?

Rife Therapy is only for JWLABS customers because every recorded application was created to work specifically with the JWLABS Model A Rife machine.

7) Canceling a user membership.

Log in to your membership account and go to Members Profile. From your profile page, click the link to “Cancel Your Membership”.

8) How many people can login on an account?

One login per account is allotted. Membership accounts are setup to be used by one individual. It will not allow multiple people to login into the same account.
